James began his career in the meat industry working for his brother as an apprentice administrator before moving into meat trading. Through persistence, hard work, and a strong focus on customer relationships, he built a loyal and trusted customer base.

The Dalziel name has long-standing links to the meat trade and reflects a strong Scottish heritage. James’ father, John Dalziel, was involved with Dalziel Ltd before later moving into meat trading himself.

With deep roots in the industry and a practical understanding of the trade, James continues to build on that experience today.
